Prairie North Creative Residency is a service to the artistic community and not a profit generating venture. The registration cost covers the guest artist's fees and the participant's meals and accommodations. Hence, by applying to PNCR, you accept the following withdrawal conditions:

If for any reason you need to withdraw after your application has been accepted, please send an email followed by a written letter to:

| 50% | — | Refund with written notification after April 12, 2009 and before May 8, 2009 |
| 0% | — | Refund after May 8, 2009 |
A refund (partial) may be reimbursed for serious, disabling medical conditions of self, spouse or your children. Contact us for details or if you have any questions or concerns.
